Similar to that of a meccano set, a mezzanine floor installation comprises of various components. Put together, these components make up your mezzanine floor which takes just a few days to install. Our system is typically a bolt on system. Meaning, all the components simply bolt together. The columns bolt to the floor and the i beams bolt to the columns and the lip channels bolt on the the i beams and the shutterply on to the lip channels.
Once we have a design approved, we begin manufacturing the steel in our factory. We buy it direct from steel suppliers who deliver to us. The steel is cut, drilled and welded to the desired specifications
